Very nice design hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room has a huge bed with the best quality of TV.
It was a very pleasant stay. We can imagine that one could be dissapointed when booking (and paying a lot extra!) for seaview. The hotel is not at the beach so just book a normal room.

Hotel Renew is amazing! The staff there is so nice! Before we even got to the front desk they knew who we were! Theres a nice quite bar in the lobby with a bartender named colby! He's awesome. He makes some pretty good cocktails! My girl even got one named after her! Haha it was such a great time everyone there is very friendly and tons of fun. The rooms are awesome too! Very modern and masculine so much better than all the other gody hotel rooms around the island! Hotel Renew is my new favorite hotel! I'm definatly going to be making my way back there soon!

The view of the beach was fantastic and the beds were very comfy. The staff were extremely helpful.
The breakfast is rather limited but it is included so adequate. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels so one feels like you're in a bit of a goldfish bowl as other guests from the hotels can see directly into the room.

The room was great value for money and brand-new with a safe, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator.
Great food combined with an excellent service. The rooms with breakfast.

Hotel Renew and it's staff are outstanding! My wife and I were in Honolulu celebrating our 5th anniversary. The hotel staff were the most friendly bunch of people I have ever met at a hotel. They took care of our every want and need. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to commemorate our anniversary. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone heading to Honolulu.
The only negative things I can think of are that the free internet provided isn't the greatest. But hey, you don't have to pay extra. Just beware if you are here on business and need the internet. It was also kind of noisy due to the live music outside at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. Not bad at all in my opinion.

Affordable, convenient, clean, good design, excellent staff service all around. It worked well for us - grandparents with 2 grandchildren (10 and 14).

The hotel was very comfortable and up to date, the staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Their hotel bar has good happy hour specials and they make an excellent Mai Tai.
I would definitely stay here again and have no complaints

The ocean view room is not the kind we imagine. But the location is very convenient. And the breakfast is also simple but enough.

The hotel is located close to bus stops, Starbucks coffee, restaurants and bars. A hotel room, especially bathroom was small but efficiently arranged.
No place to eat breakfast (which is served only until 9:30). Unfriendly staff at the buffet breakfast.

Classy furnishings. Wonderful bed. Slept fabulously every night. Very nice breakfast, but too crowded.
Room lighting too dark to read in bed.
